Landsker Child Care operate a 3 year rolling training programme to ensure all staff receive the statutory training, as well as an extra 60 hours per annum in house specialist professional training.
Professional Development through Post-Graduate Qualifications
Additionally, managers receive extended Professional development with external national standards of excellence e.g. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Facility in London and Human Givens. Managers are encouraged to do Post Graduate Qualifications e.g. MA in Developmental Play & an MSc Autism completed by managers in the last 3 years.
Our training programme is 3 times the Care Council for Wales recommended level.
